Facilities Technician (PHARMA MNC / East) - up to $4k / Office Hours #HAO

Roles & Responsibilities

Salary : up to $4000

Working Days & Hours : Mon-Fri Office Hours

Location : Changi (islandwide pickup)

Job Description :

• To handle daily operation and rectifications of faults, conduct regular inspection of building, M&E facilities systems, ensure quality works are carried out on time.
• Attend to all service requests such as changing faulty lightings, ceiling boards and other repair works in premises.
• To plan and oversee the appointed contractors in maintenance and repair works, ensure works are completed as per contract requirements. Physically inspect and approve work permits for all kind of activities performed by contractors, work closely with contractors to perform preventive maintenance and system troubleshooting and ensuring good Safety / GMP practices are compiled.
• To assist the Engineering Manager to implement the quality maintenance program and comply with regulatory requirement, global policies and EHS requirement.
• Respond and attend to emergency calls and / or faults during office hours, after office hours, weekends, and public holidays.
• To effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external contractors / vendors.

7. Work with Facilities Engineer to conduct engineering investigation for Quality related deviations and gap analysis to identify areas for improvement as well as implementing corrective and preventive actions to enhance performance level and improve robustness to meet cGMP requirement and optimization of efficiency.

Job Requirements : Min Diploma in Facillities Management or similar w Minimum 2 years’ experience in M&E
