- This will start off as a 12 months contract
The Job
Support HR systems administration and ensure data integrity across HR platformsDevelop, maintain, and improve RNF reports, dashboards, and data analysis using ExcelPartner with HR Ops colleagues and other stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions that increase efficiency and accuracy.Ensure all operational processes are consistent with HR policies and Group compliance and Regulatory requirementsProvide any ad hoc HR Operations support as assigned from time to timeThe Talent
Strong proficiency in ExcelExperience in HR systems, HR analytics, or HR process improvement is an advantageStrong problem-solving skills and ability to identify opportunities for efficiencyDetailed-oriented with strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with relevant stakeholdersNext Steps
