Job

Summary : We are seeking

a skilled and motivated Interior

Designer with prior experience to join our growing

team. This role requires a proactive professional who can manage

the entire customer journey - from initial consultation to project

delivery - while ensuring client satisfaction and project

success.

Compensation :

Base Salary : $2,000 / month

(guaranteed for the first 3 months)

Commission : 50%-60% on every

closed project (starting at 50%, based on

performance)

Key

Responsibilities :

Meet with prospective clients to understand their

interior design needs and preferences

Present

design proposals, concepts, and material selections

Close deals with customers and convert leads into signed

projects

Oversee and manage projects from

concept through to completion

Coordinate with

vendors, contractors, and team members to ensure project timelines

and quality standards are met

Maintain strong

client relationships and ensure a high level of customer

satisfaction

Ensure budgets, timelines, and

expectations are clearly communicated and

achieved

Requirements :

Experience : Minimum 1-2

years in interior design or a related field

Strong communication and client-handling

skills

Proven ability to manage and deliver

multiple projects

Good understanding of design

software (SketchUp, AutoCAD, or similar tools)

Sales and negotiation skills are a strong

advantage

Ability to work independently and

take ownership of

projects
