Roles & Responsibilities

Duties :

• Providing administrative support to the operations team, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and maintaining office records
• Serving as the primary point of contact for clients, handling inquiries, processing orders, and ensuring excellent customer service
• Assisting with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documentation as required
• Coordinating logistics and arrangements for events, deliveries, and other operational activities
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency
• Performing other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the management team
