Job description

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented to manage financial transactions. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle full-set accounting (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations).
  • Process payroll, vendor payments, and expense claims.
  • Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) .
  • Manage invoicing, collections, and follow-ups with clients.

Compliance & Reporting

  • Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations (GST) .
  • Prepare reports for management on financial performance
  • Streamline accounting processes using Quickbook
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years of finance / accounting experience (preferably in cleaning, facility management, or service-based industries ).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word and accounting software.
  • Knowledge of GST, payroll processing.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
