Job Summary
We are looking for a detail-oriented to manage financial transactions. The ideal candidate should have experience in accounting, financial analysis.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle full-set accounting (AP, AR, GL, bank reconciliations).
- Process payroll, vendor payments, and expense claims.
- Prepare monthly financial statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) .
- Manage invoicing, collections, and follow-ups with clients.
Compliance & Reporting
Ensure compliance with Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and tax regulations (GST) .Prepare reports for management on financial performanceStreamline accounting processes using QuickbookRequirements
Minimum 4 years of finance / accounting experience (preferably in cleaning, facility management, or service-based industries ).Proficient in Microsoft Excel / Word and accounting software.Knowledge of GST, payroll processing.Attention to detail.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.Why Join Us?
