Requirements :
Minimum Bachelor Degree in related field of
studies
At least 8 years of working experience
in HR field
At least 3 years of experience in
Managerial capacity
Excellent people and
leadership skills
Ability to multi-task and
work independently in efficient manner
Candidates who are able to converse in Mandarin will have
added advantage
Candidates with experience
working in the marine & offshore industry will have added
advantage
