Responsibilities :
- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of bus drivers to ensure safe and efficient operations.
- Conduct regular briefings to communicate route changes, safety updates, and company policies.
- Monitor driver attendance, punctuality, and adherence to schedules.
- Ensure all drivers follow LTA regulations, traffic laws, and company safety protocols.
- Conduct routine checks on buses (e.g., brakes, lights, cleanliness) before deployment.
- Investigate and report incidents / accidents, implementing corrective actions.
- Plan and optimize bus schedules / routes to minimize delays and disruptions.
- Coordinate with transport managers during breakdowns, emergencies, or service adjustments.
- Monitor fuel consumption and maintenance needs to reduce operational costs.
- Address passenger complaints / feedback professionally and escalate issues if needed.
- Ensure drivers maintain courtesy and professionalism (e.g., assisting elderly / disabled passengers).
- Conduct on-the-job training for new drivers (e.g., route familiarization, defensive driving).
- Evaluate driver performance and recommend improvements or refresher courses.
- Maintain records (e.g., logbooks, incident reports, fuel usage).
- Assist in roster planning and shift allocations for daily operation and travel tours.
Requirements :
Valid Class 3 and Class 4 Singapore driving license.Minimum 5 year driving experience.Clean driving record.Prior leadership experience (e.g., supervising drivers or logistics teams).Strong knowledge of Singapore roads, LTA regulations, and safety standards.Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Work Condtions :
Shift work (including weekends / public holidays).Alternatively office supervision and on-road pick up and drop off.Salary : $8,500–$12,000 / month + allowance.
