Roles & Responsibilities

Location : Shenzhen, China
Great remuneration package

Responsibilities

Operate and use various inspection equipment based on operational specifications, including air leak testers, dimensional measurement tools, and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment.

Analyze inspection results to determine the proportion of defects and their potential root causes.

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with quality inspection equipment.

Provide on-site support by referencing MQE (Manufacturing Quality Engineering) data, specifications, DFM (Design for Manufacturing) guidelines, and MSOP (Manufacturing Standard Operating Procedures).

Requirements

Proven experience using various inspection equipment, including air leak testers, dimensional measurement tools, and Automated Optical Inspection (AOI) equipment.

Experience with common dimensional inspection tools such as Hexagon CMMs (Coordinate Measuring Machines), OMMs (Optical Measuring Machines), as well as surface roughness testers, gloss meters, and colorimeters.

Proficient in using CAD, 3D, and Microsoft Office software.
