about the job
Demand & Delivery : Ensure timely PO releases (non-trade) and manage ODM production scheduling to guarantee supply meets company requirements.Performance & Risk : Drive high On-Time Delivery (OTD) performance and mitigate financial risks associated with demand changes (PO cancellation, EOL).Materials & Allocation : Manage critical material shortages by prioritizing allocation between ODM and AVL suppliers to meet urgent shipment needs.Partnership & Process : Cultivate strategic supplier partnerships and lead initiatives for continuous process improvement and accurate ERP data management.Project Leadership : Coordinate delivery and successful New Product Introduction (NPI) launches through effective internal and external collaboration.skills and experience required
