Business Continuity Management (IT / Bank)
GMP TECHNOLOGIES (S) PTE LTDSingaporeDevelop, implement, and maintain
Business Continuity Plans (BCPs) across the organization, including
conducting Business Impact Analyses (BIA) and driving continuous
improvements to strengthen operational resilience.
Plan and coordinate recovery tests, drills,
and risk assessments, collaborating with IT, security, and business
units to ensure readiness and alignment across departments,
branches, and head office.
Monitor emerging threats and regulatory changes,
adjusting continuity strategies to maintain compliance and ensure
plan effectiveness.
Lead incident response
communications and post-event reviews, ensuring timely updates,
resolution of issues, and preparedness for future
disruptions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer
Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of ITIL best practices,
with proven experience in incident response leadership and
cross-functional team coordination.
Proficient in supporting End User Services,
Infrastructure, Banking Applications, and Operations, with strong
analytical skills and the ability to perform under
pressure.
Demonstrated leadership in team
management, effective delegation, quick decision-making, and
coordination with technology teams to ensure robust incident
management.
