DIP Swim (Singapore) is an employee owned & purpose-driven swim coaching company specialising in early childhood development, coach training and legacy-building. We transform babies, toddlers, and coaches into confident swimmers and future leaders. Our mission is to build a movement rooted in discipline, empathy and transformation.

At dip! we believe stories and visuals shape legacies. We are seeking a Marketing & Creative Designer who can craft emotionally resonant narratives and design impactful visuals that inspire families, coaches and communities.

✨ What You’ll Do

• Develop & manage creative content across platforms (social media, website, campaigns, newsletters).
• Create presentations, visual collaterals, and product graphics that communicate dip! mission.
• Design exhibition booth visuals and event materials that captivate audiences.
• Collaborate with coaches and leadership to translate programs into inspiring narratives.
• Produce multimedia content (copy, graphics, short-form video) that drives engagement and enrolment.

• Strong writing and storytelling skills with a flair for emotional resonance.
• Experience in graphic design.
• Ability to design presentations and marketing collaterals with clarity and impact.
• Familiarity with exhibition booth design and product branding.
