We are seeking a talented Infrastructure Engineer (Linux) who is passionate about technology and eager to work within a dynamic environment. Here, you will apply your knowledge of Linux systems to enhance our infrastructure and service offerings.

A brief summary of your job responsibility :

  • Design, deploy, and manage Linux-based systems and services to support various applications and workloads.
  • Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of Linux environments.
  • Implement security measures to safeguard infrastructure and data.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to automate processes and improve operational efficiency.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Linux systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
  • Document system configurations, procedures, and policies to ensure maintenance and support are well understood.
  • Work closely with the DevOps team to integrate infrastructure solutions into cloud environments.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to continually improve our Linux infrastructure.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess :

  • At least 3 years of experience managing Linux systems in an enterprise environment.
  • Strong scripting skills in languages such as Bash, Python, or Perl.
  • Experience with configuration management tools like Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
  • Proficiency in monitoring tools such as Nagios, Grafana, or Prometheus.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts and security best practices.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with teams across different functions.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration and reporting.
  • Familiarity with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, KVM) is a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
