QUALITY ENGINEER - BANSHING INDUSTRIAL CO (PTE) LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Ensure timely response in 8D / CAR to customers' complains and claim
• Work with cross-functional groups to close 8D / CAR with effective corrective / preventive actions
• Perform visual and dimensional inspection of products to ensure they conform to all specifications and procedures
• Develop and implement quality standards
• Work closely with QC to ensure implementation of quality system, rectify quality issues and initiate improvements
• Collect and analyse quality data using statistical control tools
• Provide quality monthly reports to internal / external customers
• Responsible for managing customer audits and regulatory and compliance agency audits
• Manage and maintain ISO documentation
• Prepare and present reports to Senior Management
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by immediate superior
