ABOUT THE JOB

  • Provide functional expertise on TEMENOS T24 / TRANSACT
  • Analyse functional / process gaps between European and Asian sites and propose converging solutions
  • Structure and document requirements from stakeholders
  • Lead the definition of functional solutions with business and IT teams
  • Collaborate with technical teams on the implementation roadmap
  • Drive testing phases : Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • Manage decision-making on architecture , IT risk / security , budget , and capacity planning
  • Ensure project coordination and compliance with governance

ABOUT YOU

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance, or Engineering
  • Minimum 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the banking or financial services sector
  • Extensive hands-on experience with TEMENOS T24 / TRANSACT , particularly in Customer Foundation, Static Data, and Deposits modules
  • Proficiency in business analysis , including producing Business Requirements Documents (BRD) and General Functional Specifications (GFS)
  • Strong understanding of core banking processes , regulatory environments , and multi-site implementations
  • Proven ability to coordinate cross-functional teams and lead solution definition across international projects
  • You have an ability to lead complex analyses, synthesize information, and communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders
