Curriculum Manager

Job descriptionMonitor learner satisfaction, capability outcomes, and attendance. Identify gaps or risks and propose corrective measures. Maintain records for audit and reporting. Provide delivery and logistics support to other DA offerings when milestone programmes allow. Share lessons learned and improvements across the portfolio. Liaise with SMEs, vendors, and practice leads for contextualisation and sequencing. Ensure communication with participants and senior sponsors is timely and clear. At least a degree Proven track record managing large-scale milestone or flagship programmes (≥200 participants each). Strong project management and operations background. Excellent stakeholder engagement and coordination skills. Familiarity with Singapore public-sector learning frameworks. Ability to build course architecture and course content Vendor and logistics management experience. Tools : Monday.com, LMS (Moodle / Totara), MS Office, basic analytics (PowerBI / Tableau).
