Responsibilities
- Establish configuration specifications and conduct business analysis to outline requirements.
- Specify reporting and alerting needs.
- Create and maintain internal and external documentation, and formally commence and deliver requirements and documentation.
- Evaluate and analyze the efficiency of current requirements-gathering processes, researching strategies to enhance or optimize these methods.
- Oversee and monitor the status of requirements throughout the project lifecycle, enforcing and redefining as needed.
- Continuously seek opportunities to enhance monitoring, identify issues, and provide increased value to the customer.
