Responsibilities
- Manage and grow a suite of Cyber Security products, technical services, and related offerings.
- Drive service creation, quality enhancement, and product innovation to increase market share and profitability.
- Analyse market conditions and provide critical inputs for medium- and long-term business planning.
- Create and maintain business cases for strategic pricing and non-standard terms and conditions.
- Collaborate with service delivery and operations teams to ensure effective product delivery mechanisms.
- Support the sales team in winning and retaining customers through competitive pricing, customized solutions, and SLAs when required.
- Analyse potential partner relationships to strengthen product ecosystem.
- Specify market requirements for current and future products via research and regular customer / market engagement.
- Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience.Proven sales track record in computer networks and IT security is an advantage.Prior experience in a distributor environment preferred.Diploma in IT-related fields or equivalent.To apply, kindly send your updated resume to :
