Job description
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for the full payroll process, including using Info Tech Payroll system.
Maintain employee payroll records and handle government forms (IR21, IR8A, IR8S, Appendix 8A / B).
Manage government-paid leave and claims filing.
Address staff inquiries related to benefits and payroll.
Assist with additional HR functions, ad-hoc projects, and other assigned duties.
Minimum Requirements
Knowledgeable in Employment, CPF / Foreign Workers Levy Acts.
Holds a Diploma in Admin / HRM.
Minimum 2 years of experience managing large headcounts.
Independent, hands-on, with strong time management skills.
Proficient in MS Excel.
