Roles & Responsibilities

A teacher who is responsible for nurturing and educating young children in a safe, engaging, and stimulating environment where children can develop their social, emotional, cognitive, and physical skills.

Job description :

• Implementing age-appropriate educational activities and lessons.
• Promoting social, emotional, and intellectual development through play, storytelling, arts and crafts, and other interactive methods.
• Assisting children with developing basic skills such as counting, letter recognition, and fine motor skills.
• Observing and evaluating children's behavior, progress, and learning abilities.
• Collaborating with parents or guardians to address any concerns or provide updates on their child's development.
• Maintaining a safe and clean classroom environment.
• Ensuring the well-being and safety of all children in their care.
• Guiding children in developing good habits, such as hygiene, sharing, and following routines.
• Providing positive reinforcement, encouragement, and support to promote self-esteem and confidence.
• Collaborating with other teachers and staff members in order to maintain a healthy working environment.
