Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Maintain existing equipment QC and image quality at customers’ sites.
- Support Pre Sales activities of key projects by providing relevant product demos and presentation.
- Ensure proper functioning of related medical equipment used for demos.
- Provide training to customers on application knowledge and interpretation of images
- Develop and provide structured training to Junior application specialists
- Review feedback of images from customers and respond to them accordingly
