Job descriptionRespond to phone and email questions from sales reps and customers about products and their uses Troubleshoot customer problems remotely and conduct product application testing Create and update training materials and product manuals Develop and update product training sessions, materials and product manuals Share product updates and helpful info through the company intranet or newsletters Collaborate with the parent company on new products and marketing materials Travel to customer sites or offices for training events Assist sales reps with customer presentations and quotations whenever required Any other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements :
- Degree in Engineering or related fields
- Training provided
- Knowledge in HMI Programming / PLC is an advantage
- Working Location : Bendemeer
- Working Hours : Monday - Friday (8.15am-5.30pm)
- Salary : Up to $4200
