Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Greet and register patients
- Schedule patient appointment
- Coordinate specialists' consultation referrals
- Handle payments and respond to patient enquiries in a courteous and professional manner
- Manage patient concerns, ensuring timely resolution and escalation when necessary
- Communicate effectively with patients to provide a high level of customer service
- Will be stationed at Health monitoring station based on roster. Involved in taking height / weight and blood pressure for patients at Health monitoring station
Requirements :
Minimum GCE ‘N’ levelNo exp needed, training providedHealthcare experience will be an advantage but not compulsory$2500 (Fixed salary)
