Senior Consultant (Immigration Services)

About the role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Consultant (Immigration Services) to join our team in Central Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing expert immigration advice and end-to-end support across a wide range of services, including immigration, relocation, trademark registration and government grant application. Your strategic expertise will be essential in developing and delivering tailored immigration solutions that enable businesses and individuals to successfully navigate the complex immigration landscape.

What you'll be doing

Providing comprehensive immigration consulting services, including visa application assistance, compliance guidance, and strategic advisory to clients

Conducting in-depth assessments of client needs and devising the optimal immigration pathways to facilitate their business and personal objectives

Preparing and submitting high-quality work passes and visa applications, ensuring adherence to all relevant policies and regulations

Liaising with government authorities, including the Immigration & Checkpoint Authority (ICA), Ministry of Manpower (MOM) and The Intellectual Property Office of Singapore (IPOS) to facilitate smooth application processing

Addressing clients' inquiries and support them through application formalities, approvals and post-approval processes

Staying abreast of the latest immigration laws, policies, and industry trends to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge, compliant services

Mentoring and training junior team members to develop their immigration expertise

Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records

Contributing to the continuous improvement of our immigration service offerings and internal processes

What we're looking for

3+ years of proven experience in immigration consulting or a related field

Thorough understanding of immigration regulations, policies, and application procedures across key visa categories

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to provide pragmatic, commercially-focused advice to clients

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex negotiations and build trusting relationships

Proactive, detail-oriented approach and a commitment to delivering a high-quality, compliant service

Relevant tertiary qualifications in law, business, or a related discipline
