Sales Associates (Part Time)

Roles & Responsibilities

KEY DUTIES / RESPONSIBILTIES:

● Provide excellent customer service experience to customers.

● Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of retail stores.

● Adhere to the SOPs as directed by Management and the Retail Operations Department.

● Maintain store image through daily housekeeping.

● Ensure store appearance is clean, presentable and that all the merchandise are displayed as per Visual Merchandising guidelines and standards.

● Follow the working shift as scheduled by Store Supervisor.

● Accountable for all cash and inventory handling including float, cashiering and inventory.

● Perform stock take activity as instructed for stores and be responsible for stock loss in store.

● Assist team with other projects as and when needed.

● Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Management and/or the Store Supervisor.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

● Candidate must possess at least a 'N' Level/'O' Level/ITE/NITEC/Higher NITEC/Diploma.

● Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

● Customer-focused with strong communications and interpersonal skills

● Passionate, dynamic and highly motivated individuals who are willing to take initiative and eager to learn.

● Positive attitude and able to work in a fast pace working environment.
