Roles & Responsibilities

Summary :

Industry : Modern Trade [ Food Importer / Restaurant / F&B Account]
Location : North
Basic Salary up to $7500 + Incentives + AWS +Variable Bonus

Responsibilities :

Drive B2B sales growth by developing and executing sales strategies tailored to the Japanese food industry, focusing on wholesalers, restaurants, hotels, and catering groups

Build strong, long-term relationships with key accounts and strategic partners to ensure repeat business and customer loyalty

Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, track industry trends, and stay ahead of competitors

Collaborate closely with marketing and operations teams to launch new products, create promotions, and ensure smooth supply chain operations

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that communicate product value, authenticity, and unique selling points

Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with clients to achieve win-win outcomes while protecting company margins

Monitor sales performance, analyze results, and recommend actions to improve sales conversion and profitability

Mentor and guide junior sales team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, customer focus, and continuous improvement

Key Requirements :

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales & Marketing, or a related field

Relevant experience in B2B sales, key account management, or distributor / channel management, preferably in food import, F&B, or hospitality industry

Proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing key accounts

Good understanding of Japanese food products, ingredients, or willingness to learn quickly
