Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• In charge of supporting the clients by providing training, installation, setup, and upgrades of electronics devices
• Responsible in responding to on-site technical support requests when client raise a request.
• In charge of making scheduled visits to troubleshoot and resolve devices issues.

Requirement

• Min Nitec in Engineering and relevant
• Class 2B or 3 driving license required
