Social Worker for JSS at Buangkok

About the Role

• Conduct intake interview processes, assessment and intervention plan for rental flats residents
• Provide counselling support, group and community work
• Manage conflicts, needs, and concerns of residents
• Assist residents to achieve independent and responsible living through employment, financial schemes and equip them with relevant skills
• Prepared to work at least 1 night duty per week till 9pm

Technical Competencies :

Working knowledge of counselling

Plan and execute group work programs

Ability to engage collaboratively with other Government Agencies and VWOs to meet client's needs

Core Competencies :

Team player

Communication and inter personal social skills

Passion for social work in community environment

Preferred achievements / characteristics :

Degree or Graduate Diploma in Social Work preferred
