Position overview
The EAM Dealer, reporting to the Head of EAM Dealing Asia, plays a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of the EAM Dealing team within the Treasury & Trading (T&T) department. The role involves executing External Asset Managers (EAM) orders across various products, addressing queries from the internal EAM Desk, and contributing to ad-hoc projects and business development initiatives.
Main responsibilities
Execution for EAM
■ Execute orders for Hong Kong and Singapore-booked accounts managed by EAM
■ Deliver high-quality execution services to EAM and the EAM Desk
■ Maintain clear and accurate trade records
■ Develop and update activity monitoring tools to support operations
■ Ensure compliance with the best execution principle
Business Support
■ Provide accurate and timely information to EAM and the EAM Desk
■ Build and maintain strong relationships with EAM and the EAM Desk
■ Collaborate with key departments locally and globally to resolve EAM-related matters promptly
■ Work with Sales & Execution teams to deliver cross-asset tactical trading ideas
■ Support process improvement and automation efforts to reduce manual tasks
Backup for Sales & Execution
■ Act as a backup for the Sales & Execution teams when required
