Our client, a leading publicly listed medical company, is seeking a Corporate Finance Manager, M&A and Compliance to join their team.

This is a pivotal role reporting directly to the CFO, where the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the company’s public reporting and financial disclosures meet the highest standards of accuracy and timeliness. They will play a key part in managing the financial compliance framework, serving as a critical liaison for external auditors and regulators. The role also involves supporting the company's M&A activities by reviewing financial statements and ensuring compliance for deals across various markets. The ideal candidate is an adaptable and curious professional who is eager to learn and ready to take on a dynamic set of responsibilities.

Skills and experience required

We're looking for a professional with a recognized Accounting degree or equivalent and a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience. We also encourage high-performing Big4 audit managers who are looking to transition into a commercial role to apply.
