Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

Supervise and manage day-to-day site operations, ensuring work is executed in accordance with drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal teams to ensure project timelines and milestones are met.

Conduct inspections to ensure compliance with design and safety regulations.

Provide technical support and resolve site issues as they arise.

Prepare site progress reports and maintain proper documentation for project records.

Liaise with authorities and support permit or inspection processes when required.

Ensure proper quality control and manage non-conformance reports or rectifications.

You will need :

Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering, accredited by PEB or BCA

Min 1 year of relevant experience in industrial or commercial construction projects
