Roles & Responsibilities

Job Info :

Basic up to $3500
Monday - Friday
9am - 6pm
Jurong East

Job Description :

Handle full set of accounts, including GL, preparing monthly financial statement and quarterly, yearly reporting independently for two or three companies.

Monitor and update of cash flow on daily basis

Support and prepare documents and material for auditing and tax purposes

Manage account payables and recoding

Perform intercompany transactions reconciliation

Maintain fixed assets recordings and filings

Prepare audit schedules and bank reconciliation

Inter office liaison and other correspondences, recording, distribution and filing

Assist in ad hoc admin and finance assignment when required
