Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Work directly with business users to understand the problem or opportunity
- Plan and manage roll out of new functionality to production environment
- Map business requirements, processes and objectives; develops necessary product modifications identifying gaps, issues and work around solutions to satisfy business needs.
- Implement and support the SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 1.0 & 2.0
- Provide ad-hoc training and user support as required. Work self-directed and independently; may act as subject matter mentor to more junior members.
- Document functional designs, test cases and results. Proactively identify and propose business process and / or system enhancements.
- Solution design in accordance with configuration workbook / Business Blueprint.Define business requirements and perform fit gap analysis between client requirement and standard SuccessFactors solution.
- Coordinating and conducting new employee orientation sessions, providing an overview of the company's mission, vision, and policies
- Should have experience in integrating SAP Onboarding with and other modules
MUST HAVES :
Should have expert knowledge on SAP SuccessFactors Onboarding 2.0 and certifiedShould have prior work experience preferably from Engineering background or MBA.Strong Learning ability- Agility and wiliness to acquire new competencies and adapt quickly to new tasks and environment.Must have SuccessFactors certification in Onboarding Module.Demonstrable understanding of country specific labor laws and regulations to ensure compliance during the onboarding process.Strong organizational skills to manage and streamline the onboarding process efficiently.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with new employees and establish a positive onboarding experience.Attention to detail and organizational skills to coordinate and manage multiple onboarding processes simultaneously.Knowledge of HR analytics to enable data-driven decision-making and strategic workforce planning.Proficiency in MS Office Suite.Good to Have :
