About the Role

As a Map Operations Specialist , you’ll be on the ground and at the heart of our mapping evolution. Your mission : collect, validate, and enhance geo-data that directly impacts millions of users across the region. From observing food booking behaviours to analysing location data, your work will be the foundation for smarter routes, accurate pins, and faster deliveries.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct on-ground observations across Singapore to capture real-time food booking data
• Enter, validate, and monitor large geo-data sets using proprietary tools and Google Sheets
• Revisit and revalidate locations as needed to maintain data accuracy
• Collaborate internally to align on data needs and share insights
• Work independently in a field-heavy (80%) environment with minimal supervision.

What We’re Looking For

Strong proficiency in Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel

Attention to detail and strong logical thinking skills

Basic knowledge of maps or geo-data concepts
