Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide responsive and professional support to corporate customers on all order-related matters.
- Manage end-to-end order processing from quotation, order placement, shipment, to post-sales support.
- Prepare and submit quotations, order documents, and other customer-required documentation accurately and on time.
- Coordinate with customers, logistics partners, and internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery.
- Maintain up-to-date records of spare parts, price lists, and shipment schedules.
- Proactively update customers on order and shipment statuses.
- Assist customers with customs documentation or shipment-related queries.
- Work closely with internal departments to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth execution of service solutions.
Requirements :
