Description :
Finance Support - Assist
Finance Manager with daily accounting entries, monthly closing, and
government grant claims.
HR
Operations - Manage full spectrum of HR functions
including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, CPF, tax filings (IR21,
IR8A), insurance, and staff exits.
Administration - Oversee
office management, meetings, corporate activities, and company
SOP / handbook updates.
Compliance
& Reporting - Handle government submissions
(surveys, statistics, grants) and ensure accurate leave / attendance
records.
General
Support - Manage company assets, premises insurance,
and handle ad-hoc projects as
assigned.
Requirements :
Preferably with a minimum Diploma in Accounting or
relevant experience in an HR role.
Proficient
in Microsoft Office, Words and Excel
Knowledge
and experienced in Navision accounting software will be an
advantage
