Responsibilities
- Plan and manage the inventory planning process, including demand forecasting, replenishment planning and stock optimization
- Lead negotiations with suppliers and customers while ensuring accurate cost and pricing management
- Collaborate with Sales, Procurement and Operations teams to align inventory with business needs, customer requirements and market trends
- Monitor, track and analyze demand patterns to recommend timely adjustments
- Prepare inventory performance reports with insights on trends, risk and opportunities to Management Team
- Maintain accurate master data and ensure compliance with internal controls and company policies
- Drive continuous improvements in inventory planning processes, systems and reporting
Requirements
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics or related fieldA minimum of 8-10 years of relevant working experience, preferably in F&B or FMCG industryKnowledge of best practice inventory management and safety stock policiesAdvanced level in Excel with strong analytical and problem-solving skillsHands-on professional with strong ERP knowledge and application skillsExcellent communication and stakeholder management skillsWe regret to inform that only shortlisted applicants will be notified.
