Senior Accounts Executive

Roles & Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities :

• Supervise and support the Accounts Executives in daily accounting activities, including journal entries, accounts receivable, accounts payable, and bookkeeping tasks.
• Handle the full set of accounts, ensuring accurate and timely recording of all financial transactions.
• Oversee bank reconciliations, AP / AR management, and month-end closing activities.
• Preparing financial statements, schedules, and supporting reports for management and audits.
• Review quarterly GST for submission.
• Coordinate with external auditors during audit cycles, providing necessary documentation and explanations.
• Coordinate with external tax agent and review tax computation.
• Provide advices on operation matters especially related to finance functions.
• Coordinate with the company’s corporate secretary to ensure statutory compliance, including maintaining statutory registers, filing Annual Returns, and organizing AGM / EGM documentation.
• Monitor and maintain internal controls, policies, and procedures to safeguard company assets.
• Review and improve accounting processes for efficiency and accuracy.
• Implementation of new QuickBooks.
