Responsibilities :
Achieve individual sales targets and business objectives while leveraging in depth knowledge of various food products.Mentor and coach junior team members, fostering a collaborative and positive team environment.Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.Build and maintain long-lasting customer relationships, providing tailored solutions to meet client needs.Track sales performance, prepare reports and forecasts, and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with Marketing, Commercial, Finance, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth operations and alignment of business strategies.Represent the company at industry events to strengthen networks and enhance brand visibility.Requirements :
