Senior Facilities Technician, Manufacturing - TALENT TRADER GROUP PTE. LTD.

Roles & Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

• Conduct routine inspections of facility and security systems, and complete the required checklists.
• Generate and submit reports for scheduled equipment verification and calibration.
• Track the expiration dates of licenses and cleanroom certifications, and coordinate timely renewals.
• Interpret meter readings to derive basic operational insights.
• Perform regular patrols of facility and security zones, documenting any defects or irregularities.
• Execute preventive maintenance tasks on facility and security equipment according to schedule.
• Troubleshoot issues in facility systems and carry out necessary repairs.
• Assist in facility enhancement and improvement projects.
• Participate actively in the Company’s Emergency Response Team (CERT) and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) programs.
