Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Conduct routine inspections of facility and security systems, and complete the required checklists.
- Generate and submit reports for scheduled equipment verification and calibration.
- Track the expiration dates of licenses and cleanroom certifications, and coordinate timely renewals.
- Interpret meter readings to derive basic operational insights.
- Perform regular patrols of facility and security zones, documenting any defects or irregularities.
- Execute preventive maintenance tasks on facility and security equipment according to schedule.
- Troubleshoot issues in facility systems and carry out necessary repairs.
- Assist in facility enhancement and improvement projects.
- Participate actively in the Company’s Emergency Response Team (CERT) and Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) programs.
Requirements :
