Roles & Responsibilities

Job Responsibilities :

Support and maintain Medical and Healthcare Software Application Systems
Perform user requirements analysis.
Perform application build and implementation.
Conduct application system testing and support.
Require 24x7 on call standby support on rotating basis.

Qualifications :

Possess Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / IT / Engineering (Computer), Biomedical, and Medical Laboratory Technology, Science (Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Microbiology or equivalent).

1 - 2 years IT support job experience is preferred and or familiar with the workflow of Clinical Laboratory.

Medical Technologists in Clinical Laboratory industry with passion for IT.

Familiar with Windows 2016 and above, UNIX / LINUX and Oracle / MS-SQL database.

Strong analytical and problem solving abilities.

Good communication skills.

Possess resourcefulness, positive attitude and excellent interpersonal skills.
