What you will be responsible for :

• Receive, inspect, and record incoming goods and materials accurately.
• Organize and store items in designated warehouse locations while maintaining proper inventory controls.
• Manage and update inventory records using software such as Microsoft Excel
• Manage goods for shipment and track relevant schedules and instructions.
• Monitor stock levels and ensure timely restocking to prevent shortages.
• Ensure cleanliness, orderliness, and safety within the warehouse at all times.
• Conduct regular inventory checks and reconcile discrepancies, communicating to relevant teams on updates.
• Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts or pallet jacks, safely and efficiently.
• Coordinate with other departments - especially the operations department - to ensure timely and smooth logistics flow
• Adhere to company policies, procedures, and safety regulations.

Work Environment and Physical Demands

While performing the duties of this job, the employee may sometimes be exposed to heat, noise, and vibrations. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. The exposure will not be constant but could occupy a large amount of a person’s time during the day while on-site. Safety & Noise reduction equipment will be provided by the company. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear. The role allows working remotely flexibly where necessary.
