Human Resources Manager | HR Analytics | Payroll Specialist
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Spa Manager located in Singapore. The Assistant Spa Manager will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the spa, overseeing staff performance, ensuring high-quality customer service, and maintaining the cleanliness and ambiance of the spa. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory and supplies, handling customer inquiries and concerns, and assisting in marketing and promotional activities. Responsibilities
Assist in the daily operations of the spa to ensure smooth service flow Supervise and support reception and therapist teams during shifts Provide excellent customer service and handle guest inquiries or feedback professionally Ensure SOPs and service standards are followed at all times Support staff on opening / closing duties, and operational tasks Monitor sales and service performance, and motivate the team to meet targets Report daily operations and highlight any issues to management Participate in training to develop leadership and operational skills Qualifications
Proficient in spoken and written English Strong interpersonal and communication skills Willing to learn, responsible, and able to work well in a team Customer-oriented with a positive attitude Able to work weekends and shifts on a rotational basis Prior experience in spa, wellness, hospitality, or retail is an advantage, but not required — training will be provided Must be a Singapore Citizens, PRs, and LTVP holders Seniority level
