job
You will be the central architect and
curator of the very essence of our client's creative offerings. You
will curate, enhance, and strategically align our client's vast
flavor collection with market trends and commercial ambitions. Your
ultimate goal is to optimize the library's performance, drive
innovation, and empower the sales and application teams to win
crucial customer briefs.
Manage the
Flavor Library : Oversee the performance and organisation of the
company's central flavor library, making sure it is effective and
up-to-date.
Drive Innovation : Partner with the
R&D team to identify and introduce new, innovative flavors that
strengthen the collection.
Support Commercial
Teams : Act as the go-to expert for the Sales and Applications
teams, recommending the best flavors to meet customer needs and win
projects.
Ensure Data Accuracy : Keep all
technical data, formulas, and customer feedback accurately recorded
and easy to access in the central database.
Oversee Sample Inventory : Manage the inventory of flavor
samples to ensure they are available and delivered on time for
project
deadlines.
skills
and experience required
Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a
related scientific field.
A minimum of 3-4
years of experience within the Flavor & Fragrance industry,
ideally in a role related to R&D, product development, or
applications.
Strong project management, data
management, and time management abilities.
systematic and detail-oriented approach, with a creative passion
for flavor innovation.
