In this role, you will work closely with senior designers, design, and project managers to lead and develop projects from concept to completion. • Lead the development of design concepts, space planning, layouts, and detailed drawings for interior workplace design projects.
• Work closely with clients and stakeholders to establish project goals, objectives and translate these into design solutions.
• Conduct research on new products, materials, and design trends to ensure that design concepts are innovative and relevant.
• Support senior interior designers to deliver medium to large-scale workplace projects.
• Develop presentations, mood boards, and 3D visualizations to effectively communicate design concepts to clients and project stakeholders.
• Develop detailed drawings and specifications, including floor plans, elevations, sections, and details, and communicate these effectively to project teams.
• Review and provide feedback on shop drawings, construction documents, and other project-related materials to ensure that design intent is being met.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with project teams to ensure that design solutions are being implemented as intended.
• Mentor junior designers and provide guidance and support to team members.
