Roles & Responsibilities
Responsibilities :
- Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards
- Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment
- Ensure food is prepared in a timely manner and presented according to quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including equipment, utensils, and work areas
- Manage kitchen stock for daily operation and food cost control
- Assist in receiving and storing deliveries according to FIFO (First In First Out) practice
- Assist on month-end stock take
- Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Superior from time to time
Requirements :
Proven experience in a similar kitchen role preferredKnowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and proceduresAble to perform spilt shift, work on weekends and public holidaysAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentPhysical stamina to stand for long periodsPassion for food and willingness to learnTeam player with a positive attitude and strong communication skillsWhatsapp 91834574 for more information
