Roles & ResponsibilitiesPosition Overview
Provides technical service, such as repair and maintenance, calibration of equipment, bench tests, testing & assessment/evaluations, verifying equipment's working condition, inspection, installation services onsite or inhouse.
Responsibilities
- Provide inspection, testing, service/repair and calibration services of gas detection systems, breathing air safety equipment, air quality systems, work at height and fall protection products and systems.
- Coordinate claim submissions for warranty or repairs.
- Plan, manage, receive and update records of spare parts inventory and test equipment.
- Ensure all test equipment and tools are in proper operating condition.
- Train customers on the proper use and application of products.
- Coordinate and/or perform installation and commissioning services.
Requirements
- ITE/Nitec/Diploma
- 1 year experience in technical service and support of industrial/technical products.
- Experience in servicing/maintenance of air/fluid and mechanical equipment such as SCBA, gas detection instruments, and or personal protective equipment will be advantageous.
- We welcome applications from fresh graduates as well.
- Training will be provided.
