Handle administrative matters including screening of calls, data entry, documenting of incoming letters and emailsGeneral administration support to project teamData entry duties and administrative duties include : Preparing quotation, final bill of quantity for projectsManaging office supplies and equipmentCoordinate and maintain daily attendance and annual vacation records on all employees and documenting foreign worker status and particularsDrafting of contracts; sub-contractors & employeesOther ad-hoc duties as assignedTell employers what skills you have
