Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and oversee end-to-end project management activities, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Manage and mentor project teams, fostering collaboration and high performance.
• Develop project strategies, frameworks, and risk management plans to ensure successful outcomes.
• Liaise with stakeholders, clients, and vendors to align project goals and requirements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and best practices.
• Prepare and present project reports, budgets, and progress updates to management.
