Roles & Responsibilities

We're Hiring : Visual Brand & Creative Designer

Are you a designer who loves beauty, wellness, and visual storytelling across packaging, digital, and retail?

Do you dream of shaping a brand from the inside out — not just following a brand guide, but helping build one?

We’re a premium wellness and skincare company rooted in science, looking for a hands-on Visual Brand & Creative Designer to lead our brand visuals across all touchpoints : product packaging, retail displays, digital campaigns, social reels, and creative planning.

You’ll work closely with our founder (CEO) and marketing team to bring beautiful ideas to life with structure, precision, and flair.

What You’ll Own :

  • Packaging & Product Design – from labels to layout to production files
  • 3D Visualization – render packaging, retail displays, and product mockups in 3D for both concept and marketing use
  • Retail Display / VM – shelf talkers, tester visuals, campaign backwalls
  • Digital Campaigns – CRM, e-store, Meta ads, promos, pop-ups
  • Web & UI Assets – homepage visuals, collection graphics, light UX
  • Video & Motion – edit short-form content (IG reels, simple animation)
  • Large Format – posters, decals, event graphics, trade visuals
  • Creative Planning – visual calendars, shoot layouts, brand storytelling

We’d Love If You Have :

  • 3–7 years design experience in beauty, wellness, fashion, or retail
  • 3D design expertise – Blender, Cinema 4D, or similar tools (required)
  • A portfolio that shows smart layout, clean packaging, digital savvy
  • Adobe Suite mastery : Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro
  • Basic After Effects or Canva for animation or UI support
  • Bonus : Shopify, print production, Klaviyo or CRM visuals
