about the

job

This role is focused on the

vibrant and fast-growing Consumer Fragrances sector. You will be

instrumental in designing the next generation of scents for leading

local and multinational brands in the categories including but not

limited to personal care and home care, directly influencing what

consumers across Southeast Asia experience every

day.

Lead the development and win

fragrance projects for key clients in the Consumer Fragrances

sector.

Masterfully create and adapt

fragrances, ensuring stability, performance, and cost-effectiveness

across a wide variety of complex product bases.

Collaborate intimately with evaluation, sales, marketing,

and regulatory teams to deliver innovative and compliant fragrance

solutions that meet client briefs and consumer

preferences.

Leverage the extensive palette of

high-quality natural and synthetic ingredients to achieve unique

and memorable olfactory profiles.

Analyse

market trends and competitor activity to identify new creative

opportunities within the SEA

region.

skills and

experience required

Minimum of 5-7 years of creative experience as a

Perfumer.

A proven track record in developing

successful Consumer Fragrances, specifically for the Southeast

Asian market.

Strong technical expertise in

formulating for challenging bases and a deep understanding of

application requirements.

A client-focused,

collaborative, and proactive

mindset.
